About Me

Sean McCrimmon (he/him/his) is from Huntington Beach, California, and is a recent graduate of Kent State University. As a child, Sean was always performing. Whether it was for his family or singing in his school's choir, Sean always wanted to be on stage. He was in middle school when he was in his first musical, The Music Man (Marcellus Washburn). Since then, Sean has fallen in love with theatre. With a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in Theatre Management, Sean has longed to join the industry. He has been in shows such as Side Show (Buddy Foster), Head Over Heels (Musidorus), Phantom of the Opera (Raoul Vicomte de Change), and Mary Poppins (Bert) to name a few. He has been dancing for over 10 years now, doing a myriad of different styles including, but not limited to; tap, modern, ballet, and jazz. Sean has not only performed as an actor, but has also been involved with the artistic process of multiple shows such as Joseph and the Amazing..., Cinderella, and Winnie the Pooh in various positions such as an Assistant Director and Assistant Choreographer. He also has experience working in Front of House as an Assistant Manager of the Box Office at Porthouse Theatre in Ohio. Just to be involved in theatre in some capacity is Sean's goal. Following graduation, Sean moved to New York where he currently is.
